The food is average in taste but is quite a bit more expensive for dishes that competitors have as well as the serving size being a lot smaller and the person on the register was in a bad mood I would recomend giving main kwong near the capitol a try or Hawain grill at the town center mall

I would stay away from this place. There are many other great chinese options that don't lie to their customers about prices. Make sure if you get a delivery to check their menu and not be overcharged!

Great food and service

Would give 0 stars if possible..stopped going here years ago because my husband found roaches in his food. Just saw another post today from a woman who also found roaches in her food!! It has been years now..there's no excuse for this it's absolutely disgusting 😷 please do not eat here! Calling to report them to the health department today!

A fine place to eat and it is cheap

Very good buffet and great service. Items on the buffet were regularly replenished and they were very accommodating of our large group that included 5 small children.

Little family place. Smaller than some other buffets in Charleston. Friendly family owned. Immaculate. Refreshed regularly. Great sushi assortment for a buffet restaurant.

Good food. Mostly good service. Hostess who seated us was not friendly. Was very grumpy face. Seemed agitated that I asked for booth. When I tried to explain that reason I asked for booth was I needed softer seat than a chair due to medical procedure I had just had. Hostess did place us at a booth but would not speak to me or look at me and was very mad in face. Waitress was very pleasant and helpful though she said she did not speak English. She went to grumpy Hostess for help to understand me. Grumpy Hostess came over to our table and grouchily asked if I needed something. She must have been having a VERY bad day.

The buffet was fresh tonight. Everything tasted great!

Not the worlds greatest food, but much better than many. I normally ended up here on evenings near closing hours, so take that point into consideration. The food was always good for a buffet, and the staff was friendly. I always keep coming back!

I placed an order to be delivered at 5:30 they delivered it to me at three I told them I ordered it for 530 so my husband and I could eat when he got home they told me they would bring me a new order at 5:30 I called to see where the delivery is come to find out I’m stuck waiting till 630 to get my food and they’re wanting me to pay double for two orders no I will not be paying for two orders I will pay for the one I wanted and not the one they messed up and left with me

The person on the phone hung up on me and said he wouldn't order to our area... even though I have countess of times and have a menu from out previous orders. Super rude and I have always tipped well. Never again. I am highly didisappointed in this establishment. I just came back from a trip and was happy to order.... never again. Rude, rude, rude. This is my first experience with totally shunned and I have been a loyal customer for years.

First time eating at the tin, while in Charleston West Virginia. We chose the buffet. Very good food selection, along with sushi and good dessert selection. Great service to.

The food was like that of your typical Americanized Chinese food but what made me give them 5 stars was bc they came out of the restaurant with my sweater bc I had forgotten it there. Not many people will do that.

Food is pretty good and service is fast, but the man with glasses at the front desk was very rude. Because of that, won’t be back. Also, a bit overpriced.

If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would to be honest. Probably the worst food I’ve ever had. Waitress brought us the wrong drinks, all the food was dried out, the fruit was WARM! Not much of a variety of food, majority of the food was cold. Absolutely disgusting and unappetizing.. Won’t ever return..

We went in with three adults and a toddler and everyone loved everything they tried. And the soft serve ice cream was actually good. A lot of times at these kinds of buffets they seem to water down their ice cream mix and this place wasn't like that. Friendly and very attentive waitress.

I've come to their buffet and its so/so love their peppered chicken so yeah. Tonight I just ordered carry out and I have to say the carry out is so much better than the buffet. I enjoyed every bite so did my family. Thank you so much!

The person taking order on phone was very rude! Was told they dont deliver to my address although have had food delivered numerous times. I asked when they stopped delivering here, he claimed they never delivered here. I told him I would come pick it up, his response " Good for you " Ummm, no thanks, I will make the extra 10 minute drive to Main Kwong from now on. At least Main Kwong appreciates your business
